Ein sicherer, zuverlässiger Verschluss für jede Miron-Flasche. Schraubverschlüsse halten Luft, Feuchtigkeit und Verunreinigungen fern. Sie schützen den Inhalt von der Abfüllung bis zum letzten Tropfen.
Erhältlich in den Gewindegrößen PP28, DIN18, 31,5 STD und 24/410, wodurch das gesamte Sortiment an Miron®-Wasserflaschen, Sirupflaschen, Ölflaschen und Tropfflaschen abgedeckt wird. Wählen Sie je nach gewünschtem Erscheinungsbild und Griffgefühl zwischen gerippten oder glatten Oberflächenausführungen. Jeder Schraubverschluss enthält ein violettes PHAN-Dichtelement – ein dreischichtiges Laminat aus PET-Folie und EPE-Schaumstoff –, das eine luftdichte, hermetische Abdichtung mit einer markanten violetten Einlage gewährleistet.
In den Serien II und IIID sind Varianten mit Manipulationsschutz erhältlich. Kindersichere Ausführungen lassen sich nur durch Drücken und Drehen öffnen. Alle Schraubverschlüsse bestehen aus PP oder PEHD in Schwarz und sind in matter oder glänzender Ausführung erhältlich.

Screw caps provide a secure, reliable close for Miron water bottles, syrup bottles, oil bottles, and dropper bottles. They protect the contents from air, moisture, and contamination between uses. Available in both standard and tamper-evident designs, they suit a wide range of food, cosmetic, and wellness applications.
Miron screw caps are available in PP28, DIN18, 31.5 STD, and 24/410 thread sizes. PP28 suits the Aquarius bottle range. DIN18 suits the Orion dropper bottle range up to 100 ml. The 31.5 STD suits oil bottles including the Castor and Pollux series. The 24/410 suits larger cosmetic and personal care bottles.
The violet PHAN sealing element is a three-layer laminate consisting of two outer layers of solid PET film and an inner layer of EPE foam. The foam core provides the resilience needed for an airtight hermetic seal, protecting the contents from air and moisture. It is a standard feature across all Miron screw caps and gives each cap a distinctive violet inlay.
Yes. Samples are available for screw caps. We recommend testing the cap together with the corresponding Miron bottle or jar to evaluate fit and seal quality before committing to a full order. Select the screw cap on the product page and add it to your sample request.
Miron screw caps are available in Series II tamper-evident design, with 4 to 6 ridges and a ring that breaks on first opening, and Series IIID, with a smooth finish, thick rim, and retention fingers for a more refined and secure close. Child-resistant variants require a push-and-turn action to open, making them well suited for pharmaceutical, supplement, and retail applications.
