Miron® bietet Deckel in drei Ausführungen an. Die klassischen Deckel zeichnen sich durch abgerundete Kanten in glänzendem schwarzem SAN aus und sorgen für einen zeitlosen Look. Die modernen Deckel verfügen über gerade Kanten aus mattem oder glänzendem schwarzem PP und sorgen für eine zeitgemäße Optik. Clio-Deckel werden aus hochwertigem Weißblech in Schwarz mit violetter Einlage gefertigt und sind für die Tiegel-Serien Saturn und Pallas konzipiert. Die Deckel sind in speziellen Gewindegrößen von 29 mm bis 89 mm erhältlich, jeweils abgestimmt auf ein bestimmtes Tiegelformat. Die richtige Deckelgröße ist auf der jeweiligen Produktseite des Tiegels angegeben. Für die Eris-Serie sind kindersichere Deckel erhältlich, die zum Öffnen eine „Drücken-und-Drehen“-Bewegung erfordern. Druckempfindliche Dichtungen können unter jedem Deckel angebracht werden, um zusätzlichen Schutz sowohl für trockene als auch für kosmetische Formulierungen zu gewährleisten.
Die Deckel verschließen Miron-Kosmetik- und Weithalsgläser luftdicht und hermetisch. Jeder Deckel enthält ein violettes PHAN-Dichtungselement, ein dreischichtiges Laminat aus PET-Folie und EPE-Schaumstoff, das für eine zuverlässige Abdichtung sorgt und eine charakteristische violette Einlage bildet.

Miron lids are available in special thread sizes from 29 mm to 89 mm, each matched to a specific jar format. The lid size corresponds to the special thread size of the jar. For example, a Modern 32 mm lid pairs with the Ceres 5 ml jar with a 32 special thread. The correct lid size for each jar is listed on the individual product pages.
The violet PHAN sealing element is a three-layer laminate consisting of two outer layers of solid PET film and an inner layer of EPE foam. The foam core provides the resilience needed for an airtight hermetic seal, protecting the contents from air and moisture. It is a standard feature across all Miron lids and gives each lid a distinctive violet inlay.
Miron offers lids in three styles. Classic lids feature rounded edges in a glossy black SAN finish for a timeless look. Modern lids have straight edges in smooth or glossy black PP for a more contemporary presentation. Clio lids are made from premium tinplate in black with a violet inlay, designed specifically for the Saturn and Pallas jar series. Each style is available in special thread sizes matched to specific jar formats.
Yes. Samples are available for lids. We recommend testing the lid together with the corresponding Miron jar to evaluate fit, seal quality, and overall presentation before committing to a full order. Select the lid on the product page and add it to your sample request.
Yes. Miron lids are suited for a wide range of applications, including creams, balms, powders, supplements, spices, and other cosmetic and food formulations. Pressure sensitive seals can be added under the lid for additional protection against oxygen and moisture, supporting both dry and cosmetic formulations.
