Verschluss
Schraubverschlüsse, Stopfen und Deckel verschließen die Flasche oder den Tiegel zwischen den Anwendungen und schützen den Inhalt vor Luft, Feuchtigkeit und Verunreinigungen. Jeder Verschluss ist hinsichtlich der Gewindegröße auf das entsprechende Miron®-Glasformat abgestimmt, wodurch ein sicherer und gleichbleibender Verschluss gewährleistet ist.
Schraubverschlüsse sind in einer Vielzahl von Gewindegrößen erhältlich, darunter DIN 18, PP 28, 31,5 STD und 24/410, mit Oberflächenausführungen in geriffelt, matt und glatt. Jeder Verschluss enthält ein violettes PHAN-Dichtelement, ein dreischichtiges Laminat aus PET-Folie und EPE-Schaumstoff, das für einen luftdichten, hermetischen Verschluss sorgt. Es sind manipulationssichere und kindersichere Varianten erhältlich, wobei die Verschlussdesigns der Serien II und III unterschiedliche Stufen des Manipulationsschutzes bieten. Für Miron-Kosmetik- und Vitamintöpfe mit Spezialgewinden sind Deckel in klassischem und modernem Design erhältlich. Für die Apothekerglas-Serien „Libra“ und „Lyra“ sind Verschlüsse erhältlich.
Die Verschlüsse sind in verschiedenen Ausführungen erhältlich, darunter Schwarz, Gold und Silber.

Miron offers three categories of closing closure: screw caps, lids, and stoppers. Screw caps are suited for bottles with standard thread finishes. Lids are designed for cosmetic and vitamin jars with special threads. Stoppers are available for the Libra and Lyra apothecary jar range. Each is matched to its corresponding glass format to ensure a secure, consistent close.
The violet PHAN sealing element is a three-layer laminate consisting of two outer layers of solid PET film and an inner layer of EPE foam. The foam core provides the resilience needed for an airtight hermetic seal, protecting the contents from air and moisture. It is a standard feature across Miron screw caps and gives each cap a distinctive violet inlay.
Miron screw caps are available in DIN18, PP28, 31.5 STD, and 24/410 thread sizes, covering the full range of Miron bottle formats. The correct thread size for each bottle is listed on the individual product pages. If you are unsure which screw cap fits your bottle, our sales team is available to advise.
Series II closures are made from a single mold with 4 to 6 ridges on the side and a tamper-evident ring at the bottom that breaks on first opening. Series III closures have a thicker rim, are made from multiple molds, and use retention fingers on the tear strip rather than ridges, making them more difficult to manipulate and giving them a more refined appearance. Both provide tamper evidence. The choice between them depends on your product, your market, and the level of protection required.
