Pourer Caps
Pourer caps support controlled dispensing of oils, syrups, sauces, and other liquids. They ensure a drip-free pour. The LDPE pourer insert has a narrow opening. This design lets users control the flow of liquid precisely with each pour. A practical choice for products that are used frequently and require consistent, clean application.
Pourer caps come with DIN18, PP28, and 24/410 threads. They also fit the CPR series. This makes them compatible with many Miron® oil bottles, syrup bottles, and Orion dropper bottles. Pourer inserts are made from natural LDPE, with the outer cap in black polypropylene or HDPE.
Tamper-evident options are available in Series II, with 4 to 6 ridges and a ring that breaks on first opening, and Series IIID, with a smooth finish, thick rim, and retention fingers for a more refined and secure close. A child-resistant variant is also available, requiring a push-and-turn action to open. All pourer caps are available in natural or transparent pourer color options.

The pourer insert of Miron pourer caps is available in natural or transparent color. Both are made from LDPE and function in the same way. The choice between them is largely aesthetic, depending on whether you want the pourer to blend with the black cap or remain visible through the bottle neck.
Miron offers pourer caps in Series II and Series IIID tamper-evident designs. Series II caps are made from a single mold with 4 to 6 ridges and a ring that breaks on first opening. Series IIID caps have a smooth finish, thick rim, and use retention fingers on the tear strip for a more refined and secure close. A child-resistant variant is also available, requiring a push-and-turn action to open.
Miron pourer caps are available with DIN18, PP28, and 24/410 threads, as well as the CPR series. DIN18 suits the Orion dropper bottle range from 5 ml to 100 ml. PP28 suits the Aquarius bottle range.
