A pressure-sensitive seal sticks to the jar's rim when the lid closes. This forms a barrier that must be broken to access the product. Visible evidence of an unopened product, and a reliable layer of protection against air, moisture, and contamination.
Miron pressure sensitive seals work through the adhesive on one side of the liner. When the lid is applied and pressure is added, the adhesive activates and bonds the seal to the jar rim. To open, the consumer breaks the seal, making any prior access immediately visible.
Suited for powders, spices, herbs, supplements, and other dry goods that benefit from tamper evidence at the point of retail. Available in sizes matched to Miron cosmetic and wide neck jars. Each seal is listed on the corresponding jar product page. For products that do not require an adhesive seal, Miron also offers disc liners as a non-adhesive alternative.
