About the role
What you’ll do
As Sourcing & Procurement Coordinator, you help ensure the continuity, quality and reliability behind our packaging solutions.
Working closely with suppliers, internal teams and international partners, you coordinate sourcing activities that support both operational excellence and long-term relationships.
Help optimize and evolve the existing product range
Support customer requests and product innovations
Identify trends and opportunities for new products
Manage sample room and support sustainability assessments
Contribute to new product introductions from concept to launch
Build and maintain long-term supplier relationships
Coordinate sourcing activities and supplier selection
Manage RFQs, pricing discussions and purchase agreements
Align delivery conditions and logistical arrangements
Support mold management and supplier follow-up
Manage product data and documentation in Business Central
Maintain specifications, datasheets and material declarations
Coordinate initial orders and follow up on deliveries
Submit and maintain item data in ERP
Help ensure accurate and timely supply chain processes

About you
You bring
Experience
in procurement, sourcing, supply chain or product development
A structured and proactive way
of working, with strong attention to detail
Confidence
coordinating with suppliers, customers and internal teams
Commercial awareness
combined with a collaborative mindset
Experience working with
ERP systems such as Business Central
Fluency
in Dutch and English; additional languages are a plus
A willingness to travel
occasionally to international suppliers
