Tropfeneinsätze
Tropfeinsätze werden vor dem Aufsetzen des Verschlusses in den Flaschenhals eingesetzt. Sie verengen die Öffnung auf eine bestimmte Größe. Dadurch wird gesteuert, wie viel Flüssigkeit jeweils austritt. Ein kleines Bauteil, das das Dosiererlebnis erheblich verbessert, indem es den Fluss verlangsamt und Verschwendung reduziert.
Die Tropfeneinsätze sind mit einem 24/410-Gewinde aus naturfarbenem PE erhältlich und mit den Miron Draco-Kosmetikflaschen mit 120 ml und 200 ml Fassungsvermögen kompatibel. Es stehen drei Öffnungsgrößen zur Auswahl: 2,0 mm für dünnflüssigere Produkte, bei denen ein präziser, kontrollierter Ausfluss erforderlich ist, 3,0 mm für Formulierungen mittlerer Viskosität und 5,0 mm für dickflüssigere Produkte oder solche, bei denen eine schnellere Ausflussrate bevorzugt wird. Jeder Einsatz wird in den Flaschenhals eingesetzt und funktioniert in Verbindung mit dem darauf aufgesetzten Verschluss.
Kompatibel mit den „Sinfonia“-Lotionspumpen mit schwarzer Überkappe. Separat erhältlich sind Tropfeneinsätze, die bei Bedarf auch als Ersatz verwendet werden können.
