Beim Schließen des Deckels haftet eine selbstklebende Dichtung am Rand des Gefäßes. Dadurch entsteht eine Barriere, die durchbrochen werden muss, um an das Produkt zu gelangen. Ein sichtbarer Nachweis für die Unversehrtheit des Produkts und ein zuverlässiger Schutz vor Luft, Feuchtigkeit und Verunreinigungen.
Die selbstklebenden Siegel von Miron funktionieren über den Klebstoff auf einer Seite der Trägerfolie. Wenn der Deckel aufgesetzt und Druck ausgeübt wird, wird der Klebstoff aktiviert und verbindet den Verschluss mit dem Rand des Tiegels. Zum Öffnen bricht der Verbraucher den Verschluss auf, wodurch ein etwaiger vorheriger Zugriff sofort sichtbar wird.
Geeignet für Pulver, Gewürze, Kräuter, Nahrungsergänzungsmittel und andere Trockenwaren, bei denen eine Manipulationssicherung am Point of Sale von Vorteil ist. Erhältlich in Größen, die auf die Kosmetik- und Weithalsgläser von Miron abgestimmt sind. Jede Versiegelung ist auf der entsprechenden Produktseite des Glases aufgeführt. Yes. Samples are available for pressure sensitive seals. We recommend testing the seal together with the corresponding Miron jar and lid to evaluate fit and adhesion before committing to a full order. Select the seal on the product page and add it to your sample request.
The seal has an adhesive on one side. When the lid is applied and pressure is added, the adhesive activates and bonds the seal to the jar rim. To open the product, the consumer breaks the seal, making any prior access immediately visible. The seal cannot be reapplied once broken.
