Spray caps
Spray caps deliver product as a fine mist with each press. This allows for even and controlled application of facial mists, toners, room sprays, and fragrances. Each spray cap is matched to a specific Miron bottle format by thread size and tube length.
Miron® offers spray caps in five series: Sinfonia, Classic, VP4, Precious, and Jazz. Dose volumes range from 0.07 ml for fine fragrance and targeted skin applications to 0.29 ml for the Jazz trigger sprayer, suited to room sprays and larger-volume applications.
Thread options include 18/400, 20/410, and 24/410. The Sinfonia and Classic series are available in black glossy PP. The VP4 and Precious series feature an aluminum finish for a premium appearance. The Jazz trigger sprayer includes a twist-lock mechanism to prevent accidental actuation. Matching overcaps are available for selected formats.

Spray caps are suited for facial mists, toners, room sprays, linen sprays, light fragrance formulations, and other liquid products that benefit from fine, even application. The right spray cap depends on the formulation, the desired dose volume, and the bottle format.
Dose volumes range from 0.07 ml for fine fragrance and targeted skin applications to 0.29 ml for the Jazz trigger sprayer. The Sinfonia and Classic mist sprayers dispense 0.13 ml to 0.19 ml per actuation, suited to facial mists and toners. The VP4 and Precious aluminum spray caps dispense 0.07 ml, suited for fine fragrance. The Jazz trigger sprayer dispenses 0.29 ml and is suited for room sprays and larger-volume applications.
