Wunder Workshop focusses on consumption with Purpose®, by harvesting the power of regeneratively grown plants for the ultimate wellness rituals.
Wunder translates to miracle, and we focus on plants that have a quality that can be classed as such. London. Tom and Zoe Lind van’t Hof founded it in 2014. The brand offers organic turmeric-based products. These products blend traditional plant knowledge with modern wellness.
Zoe's upbringing influenced the brand. She grew up with natural remedies, organic food, and holistic health. Wunder Workshop is all about “consumption with purpose.”

Origin
A personal journey rooted in nature
Turning plant knowledge into formulations
Zoe’s journey was deeply influenced by her late mother, a holistic therapist and naturopath. From a young age, she was immersed in traditional medicine, organic food, and natural remedies.
This led her back to Sri Lanka, where she connected with organic farms using sustainable and ethical practices. Wunder Workshop aspired to make this knowledge and these ingredients part of daily life.
Wunder Workshop did not get its name by accident. “Wunder” means miracle and reflects plants with exceptional qualities.
For Zoe, this became deeply personal.
In 2014, my late mother learned she had terminal cancer. She used cannabis oil, which eased her pain and boosted her appetite. After she passed away in 2016, I was deeply impressed by the role this plant played during that time. That experience led us to combine cannabis with turmeric and other medicinal plants, resulting in our first Turmeric CBD oil in 2016.”
Miracles of nature
CBD is known for its calming effects. People often use it in products for relaxation and well-being.
As Zoe explains: “CBD works with our endocannabinoid system, which plays a role in various processes in the body. It interacts with complex pathways that influence how we feel and respond.”
For example, it reduces the reuptake of serotonin, the feel-good hormone. This boosts serotonin's effects in the brain. That's why it's used for sleep, anxiety, and stress. Plus, it affects vanilloid receptors (TRPV1) which are associated with our perception of pain. Through personal experience and from reviews of many of our customers, CBD was able to relieve the pain associated with menstrual cramps, which has been of huge benefit and why it is categorized in the women’s health section too.”
In Wunder Workshop’s formulations, CBD is combined with turmeric, black pepper, and olive oil.
The blends combine several plant extracts instead of just one. This mix brings together their unique traits for a dual-targeting effect.

The challenge
Need for protection
Protecting potency and consistency
Wunder Workshop spent a lot of time sourcing natural ingredients for their latest blend.
Zoe and Tom took a hands-on approach by harvesting orange leaves themselves for the re-launch of their CBD oils. They encountered only one hiccup with this range.
As Zoe explains, “The biggest challenge is potency and consistency. These powerful extracts need protection, as they can lose their effects quickly.”

Results in practice
Packaging as protection and purpose
Maintaining quality
To ensure their formulations remain stable, Wunder Workshop works with Miron glass packaging.
“We work with Miron to ensure that what is inside stays protected and purposeful.”
Miron glass supports the protection of light-sensitive ingredients, helping maintain the quality of the extracts over time.
At the same time, the packaging aligns with the brand’s broader philosophy of conscious sourcing and responsible production.

Brand alignment
Packaging with purpose
The material and appearance reflect the brand's values and positioning.
Our priorities when sourcing packaging are how it protects the ingredients, how environmentally friendly it is, how easily it can be recycled, and of course the aesthetics.

A full-circle approach
Wunder Workshop takes a holistic view across the entire supply chain, from soil to consumer.
Trust and transparency are central to the brand. Every element is considered, from how ingredients are grown and harvested to how products are packaged and used.
“We cannot sell health products without putting the health of the planet at the forefront of our sourcing.”
Postive Impact
This approach also applies to packaging. Glass is popular because it can be recycled, it lasts a long time, and it can be reused. It all comes down to having a positive impact without leaving a negative trace.
”Our priorities when sourcing packaging is to see how it protects the ingredients, how environmentally friendly it is, how easily it can be recycled, and of course the aesthetics. Fortunately, glass is an infinitely recyclable source of material, and the fact that they are beautiful, and sturdy also means that they can be reused many times at home. Recycling should really always be the second option.” Says Zoe.
